The Premier Investor Program is designed to eliminate the grunt work that most people face in doing real estate investing. Despite sometimes being considered a “passive” activity, often time constraints is actually a big challenge for the want-to-be investor. Many part-time investors may have other careers and thus limited time to scout properties, do renovations, manage properties, etc.

This program solves this problem by assuming the laborious tasks of real estate investing. We do the scouting, present potential opportunities, provide the necessary project management services, as well as coordinate peripheral services such as real estate agent services, financing, structure creation (eg. LLCs, Partnerships, Trusts, etc.), where necessary.

Investment dollars are not given to us. Purchase agreements and other contracts are in the Investor’s name (or their LLC). The focus of the program is strictly project management. Investors can pursue a project individually or partner with other investors that are a part of the program. Typically in a partnership scenario, a multi-member LLC is formed. Advantages to partnering is that pooling resources provides leverage for participating in larger (or multiple) opportunities, or to do all cash deals, eliminating the need for financing.

While projects are not limited to any particular niche our main focus is on re-habbing & reselling properties (aka. flipping properties). The idea is to have an efficient system to facilitate a fast turnover rate. The more properties “flipped”, the higher the annual rate of return (ROR).

There is also a bonus structure in place where you can benefit from referring others to the program by receiving bonuses when projects affiliated with them are completed. This provides additional ways to earn income, which you can save or further invest in real estate.

To become a part of the program is very simple, and there are no geographic limitations. Projects, however, are primarily done in the United States.

Once your membership fee has been paid and you have registered on our tracking site (doesn't matter the order in which they're done), your account will be activated. You can then log into your back office and begin participating in activities.
